Do you ship worldwide?

Nope :(

We currently ship just to Mexico and USA.

We’re still growing, but international shipping to more countries will come later.

How long does shipping take?

Mexico
Usually less than 1 business week after shipping.

International orders
Usually around 1–2 weeks depending on your country and customs.

Orders are normally shipped within 1–3 business days.

If we’re in the middle of a drop, processing times can be slightly longer because of high order volume.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, you’ll need to sign in to your account on the website.

There you’ll be able to see your order status and shipping updates.

If something seems wrong or you need help, feel free to reach out through any of our communication channels and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I return my order?

At the moment, we’re not offering returns or exchanges.

Since Eclat is still growing and most drops are produced in limited quantities, all sales are currently final.

Please double check sizing before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem with it, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Why is the website closed sometimes?

Before new drops, the website usually closes and a countdown appears.

Once the timer ends, the store opens with the new release.

Some pieces sell out really fast, especially popular sizes.

That’s why we created early access for people who stay close to the brand.

How do I get early access?

There are currently two ways:

Club Eclat
Join the email list and get access before the public drop.

Close Friends
Customers can get added to our Instagram Close Friends list for even earlier access.

How do I know my size?

Every product page includes a size chart with measurements and fit info.
